A Day in the Life of a Kitty Kat

Okay, so today was interesting. It was fun, drama, and well...that's about it. Anyway, so I slept in super late and didn't get to school to socialize early. :( So I go to AP English for second period (which is the first class of the day). English was rather...interesting. First of all, my teacher is scatter brained and forgets what we're doing half the time and goes off on random tangents. Anyway, today we got new vocab words. He gives us worksheets with a word bank, and definitions and sentences missing the vocab word. He lets us guess before going over the right answer.

Awesomeness #1 of the day? I got all of the vocab right on the first go!

So anyway, we're going over schemes after that. (He proceeded to give me the teacher's copy...shhhh) During this lecture, we get a lockdown/evacuation drill. We're told to lockdown the classroom and read the directions on the tv screen aloud. I'm sorry, we're in AP English, we should be able to read anyway. I yell to my english teacher loudly. "MR. JONES! WE'RE IN AP ENGLISH; IF WE CAN'T READ, WHY ARE WE IN HERE?" He kind've laughed. ... He's used to my random witty comments. The instructions said in the case of a real evacuation caused by gas/chemical/bomb threat, our parents would sign us out before we left.

I'm sorry, but if I'm gonna die, I'm not waiting to get signed out before running like hell. I'm just running.

Then, we are instructed to evacuate to the wing right next to our class. We go over to the wing and they usher me into my freshman Biology classroom. It's also my advisory/TASK classroom. My advisory/TASK teacher "hates" (ish) me...so I made sure to say hi when I got inside. Then, the drill ends, so I go get my bag from class and end up back in my TASK/advisory class again, lol. My friend Jake / Thomas (same person, two names) just leave (our teacher seriously doesn't like us). We meet up with my best friend and his girlfriend Ashley and we crash the Physics class where I proceed to mock Ashley's fail of a parachute (it held NO air resistance...lol).

Then I had World History...I was a nerd. Then Health, I left for a therapy. I came back to school for the last class...Beginning Acting. I just ate my McDonalds, gossiped, and then played Charades. Yes, I get to play Charades in one of my classes. It's awesome. During Charades, my adopted Frosh (niner I guide through high school) was guessing when someone was trying to act out Mulan. The category was movies, so they made squinty stereotypical Asian eyes. My Frosh yells out superloud "ASIAN" lol...it was funny for some reason.

Then after-school, Ashley and I convinced Jake to hang out with his best friend one last time and we hung out. We went through like a million phone calls, passing notes through calls to her mom and suck. Anyway, me and Ashley were just talking and goofing around. I pointed out she was only doing half of her History project, which sucks, but she still has a week to make up the other part. Then we pull out paper and decide the way to try and have classes together next year - because Froshy year, my Thursday schedule was identical as Jessyman and Sophomore year, Cher and I shared (:D) a Thursday schedule.

...Hope something like that works out :D But yeah, I'm stressing, I only have next year, and then I have to do something with my life. Grrrr. I don't like life ... like the real world life, I like being alive :)

The awesome or just funny moments of Junior Year: Part One

These moments are in almost no real order...kind've. I'll note if they're associated with one another, otherwise, they're just in what order they come into my head.

1. During charades people were guessing a dancing artist. People were shouting out random names and I wasn't paying attention. I look up bored. "Lady Gaga?" Correct! :) I still wasn't paying attention.

2. My friends and I were at the pool and they were talking about weird youtube videos. One of the weird videos is a sad teenaged kid who doesn't get out. He dresses up as like batman, runs around, "does good", and shouts JUSTICE when he does something good. My friend got annoyed with talking about videos, so she starts a splash fight. Eventually, she gets splashed in the face, and goes off crying. My other friend goes up to her and asks if she's all right. She turns to him and shouts JUSTICE, and tackles him into the water!

3. Conversation between Ashley and I.

"You fail more than twizzlers trying to beat redvines."

:O "That is a fail."

4. This dialogue:

"Chris kiss your girlfriend!"

*shakes head and grabs phone*

"No! There's no app for this!"

"Well, technically there is."

"NO!" *takes phone*

... "Can I have my phone back?"

"NO!"

(The awesome part is that we mock him for that)

How do you make sure you don't kiss the wrong twin?

-Jess, I still have no idea how I made sure I didn't. I still don't know for sure that I didn't.

6. I wrote on my Trig white board, "My name is Draco Malfoy; I am a racist, I despise gingers & mudbloods, I hate Gryffindor house, and my parents worked for the man who killed your parents, would you like to be my friend? -A Very Potter Sequel . StarKidPotter" Like legitly. Then I wrote nerdfighter, because it's a habit.

7. So far, I've written nerdfighter on my Physics desk, Trig desk, Health desk, and my advisory desk. Plus on the Trig board.

8. People friking know about ALL CAPS and I can sing Lumos Flies without looking crazy...though they don't seem to know Mrs. Nerimon :(

9. Jake's amazing joke on Tristan's phone conversation.

"Yes mom...okay mom...got it mom"

(Jake is overlaying, pretending Tristan's mom is trying to get him out of the closet)

10. I started singing an AVPM song in English...people sang along with me :D

Just ten for now. I'm very tired and I have school in the morning. There shall be more than ten on this list. I will make sure of it. This list needs to be completely full. Oh! I know, a bonus one. The slip of paper I put in for charades was just Harry Potter. :D Anyway, byev. (Oh, I have an obsession with v's)

Kat's short first nostalgic post - really just story time

Hiya Jess, I will be making this first blog mostly just towards you. Mainly because I don't know what else to do.

So hi Jessyman!!!

So I feel like reminiscing about our friendship. Like that awesome first day we met.

***STORY TIME***

It was July 28, 2008. I was a little thirteen year old sheltered, but slightly evil girl. I went to my first class confused. In Biology, my next class, I was lost. In my third period class, I was even loster. In my next class, I finally recognized someone: Avery. In fifth period my bestie (Sarah) was in my class, so it was awesome. Then, in sixth period, I followed fourth-period-Avery into Mr. Hetrick's mega awesome Geometry class. I slipped into the seat behind him. I spoke about four words to him before our conversation died. I looked around. Sitting next to me was this brunette girl. She looked mega familiar (like in four of my classes familiar :P) and then she looks at me for a while, and at my jacket.

"Are you a Harry Potter fan?" Because I was wearing my awesome Gryffindor jacket.

I was like a shakened soda. "Oh my gosh yes! Are you?"

And there began a wonderful, and slightly odd, nerdfighter friendship. I vaguely remember us talking about Harry Potter, Twilight, vampires, JK Rowling, Stephanie Meyer, fanfiction, youtube, John Green, vlogbrothers, fiveawesomegirls. -I think we still talk about all of those O.o-

(You better still be wearing the Gryfindor jacket that I willed to you from time to time :D...)
